Is it possible to see the changes a program has made to the registry and other settin - smirk24 - 02-16-2018

I previously ran into a portable program for xp and on my virtualbox i decided to use the portable program which is called gamexp well it defiantly changed some of the usually "tweak"spots but it also made changes else where so my question is

Is there a program you can use to see what changes a program has made to an xp system?
