you have too many antiviruses program there that why you are having a problem
you should only have one antivirus on your system it could cause a conflict in a system with false detection
I see no virus or malware in the system
I would reset your Web Browser

i don't have malware but i thing i have server called
I installed kaspersky total secyrity and update and try to detect any threats but nothing you can see i capture my screen i have too much server i will show you whit next new
Capture screen it's very hard to detect any thing virus ,malware,trojan ,hacker server ,ransomware ,botnet...

System needs a huge cleanup no malware but a series of conflicting tasks, no file associations.

The .exe files are system applications (programs) any system investigater will be able to tell what these are, the .DLL files however will always give an unknown category simply because the program can't define what they're supposed to be a part of. (They're actually to do with applications and the operating system itself without those library files (.DLL) nothing will run ).

If your computer is running slow it may be do to having so many anti malware and virus software running at once. You might wanna go into your anti malware and virus software and turn off the real-time protection on all but kaspersky and if the real-time option isn't available id uninstall em.
Virustotal.com should help you out with files that you are iffy about and be sure not to end a process that you are not sure of. In my beginning years of fidiling with computers i fried a cpu just by ending a svchost process.

You wont be able to convert gpt to mbr without a clean install of windows and youll probably have to disable uefi in the bios but be sure to research
