[Solved] Windows Search does not function after installing NVIDIA Displ driver 431.36 - PlumbingFan - 07-23-2019
Hi! Its been a while since I've posted here, but i have a issue i need help resolving, i installed the NVIDIA Graphics driver version 431.36, and now Windows serch does not want to function. I use Win + S to activate jt, and even Cortona does not work. I’ve tried the search icon, nothing. Here's what i did to try and resolve this.
1. i restarted my pc, that did not work
2. I restarted the process like 3 times, did not work
3. I reinstalled the driver, did not fix it.
4. I rebuilt the windows Indexing file/setting, still nothing worked.
5. I uninstalled a GPU Monitoring software my friend installed, did nothing
Please send help, i will update this post if i get it working. Thanks!!
Edit: I fixed it by running Chkdsk
