Trying to install Windows 10 Pro 64 but getting Win 10 Pro 32. - BigJerr - 06-15-2020
What has happened is right after the last update I could not log-in to my desktop. So eventually I purchased an external HD, backed up the C: drive, reformatted the C: drive loaded everything back on. Now, here is the problem. Though the USB stick has both 32 bit AND 64 bit, it will only install the 32 bit. (Whenever I try to install the 64 bit I get a media error.) I am at my wit's end. I just might have to ship it 2000 miles to a computer place I usually took the system too. Help!!!
