So I have had an issue pop up on a varitey of mostly Dell Latitudes with Windows 10. They all upgrade fine, and work for weeks or months. Then one day you get no boot and the 0xc000000f BSOD. I have tried updating the BIOS. I have tried extracting the windows 10 key, formatting the hard drive and doing a clean install, but eventually the error always comes back. And I have found no way of fixing it other than wiping and reloading the machine every time.
