SFC Unable to Fix Error 0x800f081f

just recently upgraded from windows 8.1 update to 10 on my Toshiba laptop, i have attached the zip file for logs

on my desktop computer, attempt to upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10 but it has failed and i did restore all my backups and went back to windows 7: https://briteccomputers.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?tid=1086

You need to find whats stopping this from running.
  • Windows fully updated? 
  • Patch might be missing?
  • Corrupt file?
Loads of information about this error on the internet when you type

"The update is not applicable to your computer".
