Thank you for your kind sharing! It is very educational & practical!

Let me ask you for the last time about the "switching of hard drive!"

I have 2 PC Dell 755 :

A) dell 755 with 1 TB hard drive ( from my ex-gf but seldom use)
B) dell 755 with 80GB hard drive (my personal use for movies online & facebook)

Is it possible to SWITCH the hard drive to make the (B) 80GB to 1TB and the (A) 1TB to 80GB ?
If yes , what more do it need to do ? They are both W7 ...

Do you think it will work too provided they have the same size & brand ? Will it affect the PC performance ?

I am just thinking about saving money since the (A) PC is seldom use & my (B) is always use for online movie watching ...

The (A) PC with 80GN has W7 pro ... No idea on (B) PC with 1TB ...

I will check it now after this ...

Let say they are both W7 Pro , there is NO problem ? I mean no need for re-formatting ? Smile

Note that they are both refurbished PC from eBay ... Smile

Yes! They are both W7 Pro but i saw the 1 TB is Optiplex DX620 ... not Optiplex 755

Do you think it will work?

I am ready to switch now ... This means the W7 disc will also switch right ?

Just give me the "Go signal" & I will switch it Sir Compton ... Smile
