Looking at that case i think it would only take 2x 80mm fan's. You would only need one fan really. If you do add a pci-e graphics card in the future then you may want to add a second fan but for what you have one would be more then enough for now.

Yeah them fans on rear do look smaller than 120mm Tim. From looks more like a 120mm

It's at a bit of an angle so I can not tell for sure. If it's 80mm then I would go for 2 of those on the rear.
