creating system image backup

why i can not create a system image backup in internal hard disk on my toshiba laptop?

Windows backup tool can be problematic sometimes. Are you trying to backup to the same drive as Windows? or External drive?

same drive (internal drive)

It needs to be on a external drive and not the windows drive. What would be the use of keeping a backup on the windows drive? no use at all.

oh i thought i have seen your youtube video using internal hard drive but it need external hard drive, i didn't know. thread closed
