Dear Brian,

Yesterday I have watched your video on YouTube regarding creating recovery drive in Win10, today I'm trying to create one on my personal Laptop HP Pavilion G6, few days ago I upgraded from Win 7 Pro to Win 10 Pro, I plugged in a USB 3.0 16GB and follow your steps as in your video but I got a error message. Also I have admin right in my Laptop, please Brian and other guys help me and advice me how to solve this problem. Thank you so much.

To back up system files to the recovery drive will require a USB pen drive is at least 8-16 GB in size. 

You are getting "We can't create the recovery drive" error because you have "Back up system files to the recovery drive" check-mark.

   

Try removing check-mark from Back up system files to the recovery drive, this should allow it to successfully create a recovery drive. 

If you want "Back up system files to the recovery drive" you may need a bigger USB Pen Drive.
