WINDOWS 10 SUPPORT AND ONGOING PROBLEMS
#1
This post is concerning the problems with Windows 10 . I like many people have made the upgrade from windows 8.1 and have found windows buggy , and driver problems, Microsoft seem to have their head in the clouds that their new operating system is Excellent, of course they do they believe in their product . Who has had Problems upgrading? share your experience here

Also , whatever the problem this thread is all about windows 10 support , so whatever the Problem post here and use it as a windows 10 support base . I Did use windows technical support Tier 3 .
Also AMD Drivers and some Drivers yet to be identified caused and still cause a lot of problems

This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14E240)
Bugcheck code: 0x139 (0x3, 0xFFFFF80174F92820, 0xFFFFF80174F92778, 0x0)
Error: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: The kernel has detected the corruption of a critical data structure.
This seems a common error not just with windows 10 ...anyone else have blue screens like this ?
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

well let's take this back some more the first blue screen was when he try installing windows 10 or installing 8.1

anyway that problem was fix with a new hard drive.

happy days windows 10 is now installed and work after a few days blue screen ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14E240)

what I has him tested

memory with memtest86 and windows memory tester one by one all clear

tested hard drive clear

updated  all drivers

after doing all of that blue screen ntoskrnl.exe(nt+0x14E240)

after that blue screen I had him run driver verifier which point to the amd video driver as causing the  problem

even after downgrade the amd video driver and updating to latest video  driver from amd it would still bule screen

I think the HD 8000/7000 series graphics: driver are not yet stable for windows 10

Had a discussion with the windows Tech Guy , he took control of my computer by remote access and set my computer up so that when it crashes it creates a Memory.dmp file in the windows directory then to upload it to onedrive, then create a link so that he can view it and do that each time that there is an error so he can study this file and then see what is wrong
