I need help on what parts to buy for a $600 dollar build? I am not a gamer, I just want a fast PC that is great for multi-tasking, running VM's, Photoshop, ripping movies etc. maybe light gaming in the future.

Yeah the only thing about the Kavari Quad core AMD I listed is that it does not do virtualization

I mean for the $600 budget you are aiming for you really can't go wrong. However the virtualization technology is not there so no VM's

I think you find this rig to be all you need and more.

8 core FX Processor with plenty of power.
Good looking case
Great CPU cooler.
Your be surprised how good them Sapphire Radeon R7 250X Graphics are.
Windows 8.1 drop if not needed.
Latest motherboard for that CPU
Fully modular PSU gold rated.
No SSD but if you don't need OS buy 250Gig Patriot SSD for $79

Total: $696.49 there is room from trimming. That case is nice, but can be cheaper if not needed.

That's because I have Windows 8.1

You have no graphics, apart from GPU on chip, no case, no CD Rom, No OS, No cpu cooler on you're one Tongue
