Try a test. Remove the side cover and do the dame test you have just done observing the temps. Then try pointing a small house fan at the open side if the case and run the test again. Let us know your results.

i just turn on my computer on and here is the results but i didn't open the side cover

133F is too hot for any motherbord

I think that's on-board graphics.

The Core 2 brand was introduced on 27 July 2006. Its a super old processor now days. Linux run real well on Core 2 Duo.
It seems to me its just wear and tear and the hardware has done its job for many years and its now coming to the end of its life span. Its not worth throwing money at it.
Linux would run better on that system.

You could try one of these if you have the ventilation on the bottom of the laptop. Not everyone likes them, but they do work pretty well.

the hardware is old but that case is a really bad design for airflow

you just can,t take that motherboard and place it in to a next case

I would say use the computer but no Candy Crush or HD video

or like said britec install Linux

The temps are a fair bit better on that second screen shot however. I assume that was with the side panel off? Seems you need better air flow in that case.

EDIT: This is a desktop we are talking about no?
