Cursor Freeze Win 10

Hi there Guys,

I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 premium some time ago on my HP Laptop that is only 2 years old, now the upgrade went smoothly but now I have Noticed that my cursor arrow freezes for 3 secs exactly whenever I fill in a search box in any website or desktop application even doing this now it freezes when I need to move the cursor after typing. Everything else is great just the freeze time on the cursor after typing in any search box or form filling box etc. Laptop is fully updated and has i5 intel processor, radeon graphics card and 8GB ram, 1TB hard drive.

Any help would be great

ok is it a wireless  mouse or usb ?

Uninstall your mouse driver using driver manager

then reboot your system
