Cant login to new user account

I have my account(admin)on my laptop and when adding another user account to it,i go to the sign in screen and try to log in to the new account and get "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded".I googled it and i read where the user account gets corrupt and theres a registry fix.My problem is that in the registry theres no folder for that new account only a folder for my account?

Ive seen that video but as i said in the post the new user that i created has no folder in that part of the registry to do that tweak to?

Nothing worked so i restored a macrium image of a previous windows 10 and that also didnt work.I restored a macrium image to windows 8.1 right b4 i updated to windows 10 and i was finally able to create that new user account and then reinstalled windows 10,all is good.Thanks for the suggestions
