"A great app is on its way" is not working

i reset my pc about yesterday but i have been waiting for many hours and new app is not coming yet, any sugestions? i have check for windows updates, installed important updates and restarted computer

Update: i left my computer on a long time with automatic sleep disabled, i can see candy crush soda saga, twitter, etc.

Microsoft is probably upgrading some apps

but you should run a virus scan just to be safe
