Dear Bryan,
how do i fix internet backgammon error code:
0x80041004
it's been more than a week. it's not just on my computer, it doesn't load on my dad's either?

Hi Shnazzy, please try this to see if it resolves your issue.
1. Click Start button > Control Panel > Select View by category in top right > Programs > Now click Turn Windows features on or off.
(If prompted for administrator password or confirmation, type password or provide confirmation.)
2. Turn Windows feature off by removing check-mark beside Games > Click OK.
3. Reboot your computer.
4. Once rebooted, go back to Turn Windows features on and place a check-mark in the Games box.
5. Reboot once more.
The game should now work.
