dual booting Linux mint and windows 10

having a real issue disabling the UEFI on my MSI BIOS as I cannot find anywhere where it is mentioned, the only two places that it is mentioned is the boot mode select which only allows me to select either UEFI or Legacy and UEFI and UEFI Hard Disk Drive Priorities which when disabled lets me enter the Linux mint OS but not the Windows 10

Cannot find any mention of a secure boot in the BIOS, Checked in security, boot, advanced and even in the Computer information

nope, still no additional options when the boot mode is switched to just UEFI. Also I am not sure what MSI BIOS version he was using but it looks nothing like mine

its under Advanced Mode
Press Setup Mode switch or F7 function key can switch between EZ Mode and
Advanced Mode in BIOS setup.
