malware mysearch.com

Undecided  I like to know if you are gonna make a video on malware I recently got a bad malware called mysearch.com, and I spent like a hour or more trying to remove it, the thing even cut off my internet I like to see a fix on that kind of malware, also can you make some kind of video on how to config the task scheduler I been getting a error for media I cant figure out. keep up with all the great videos Britec09

my mysearch is pretty easy to remove

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save the file to your desktop.

  • Right-click on [Image: adwcleaner_new.png] icon and select [Image: RunAsAdmin.jpg] Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  • Follow the prompts and click Scan.
  • When finished, please click Clean.
  • Upon completion, click Report. A log (AdwCleaner[S*].txt) will open.

Please include the contents of that file in your reply.


[Image: malwarebytes-icon.png] Scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.
  • Install the progam and select update.
  • Once updated, click the Settings tab, in the left panel choose Detctions & protection and tick Scan for rootkits.
  • Click the Scan tab, choose Threat Scan is checked and click Scan Now.
  • If threats are detected, click the Apply Actions button. You will now be prompted to reboot. Click Yes.
  • Upon completion of the scan (or after the reboot), click the History tab.
  • Click Application Logs and double-click the Scan Log.
  • At the bottom click Export and choose Text file.
Save the file to your desktop and include its content in your next reply.

Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.

  • Follow the prompts and let this process run uninterrupted.
  • This scan can take a while, depending on your System specs.
  • Upon completion, a log (JRT.txt) will open on your desktop.

I did a video on how to setup a scheduled task, I will see if I can get a sample of mysearch.com and make a video for you.

i ran all malwarebytes and adware.cleaner there was more that kept popping up like java updates weather programs and the explorer page went to http://www.mysearch couldnt change that no matter what i did only way i could stop it was for format my ssd and start all over again with my programs

yes that was the last time i wanted to format my drive but it wasnt just mysearch it was everything that was in it from weather programs to updates on a fake flash player to fake java updates to scan apps that wouldnt stop popping up. yea i saw that video on the task thing im not a tech i have no idea how to get that going and also i never saw that video in any of Britec09 how to videos.

i fixed the problem in task scheduler i found out that win 10 dont surport media center deleting that fixed my problem with errors, thank you for your help
