sd card file recovery

in my sd card i have photographs and videos.
but sd card folder name change and turn into FOUND.0000
and all files turn into .CHK FILES
i did try recuva file recovery but doesnt help even i turn all file into jpg vis using cmd but still doesnt help.
plz help me bcoz family photographs

Usually you see those types of files when recovering lost clusters after running a chkdsk. I have seen this appear also when running data recovery software. This type of corruption can also happen by not properly ejecting your thumb drive before removing it. Recovering data from those can be tricky as those files are a part or multiple parts of a file.

Try using some of the methods and tools talked about HERE.
