I upgrades from Windows 7 to 10 about 3 months ago, but there is only one thing that is really annoying me.
I use speakers most of the time when gaming/listening to music, in Windows 7 I could Skype with a friend with speakers and a microphone on my desk without him to hear my sound coming from the speakers.
This was because I had the option "acoustic echo cancellation" enabled in the properties of my microphone.
But in Windows 10 my friend I was Skyping with could hear everything from my speakers very loud, even if acoustic echo cancellation is enabled.
To check this was a Windows or Skype problem I recorded my own voice while playing very loud music and recording the microphone only.
The music was filtered out very well, and my own voice was very clear.
This should mean Skype sends the data coming from my microphone before it is filtered by this option. (At least, that's what I'm thinking.)
Anyone knows how to fix this?
(I'm using earphones at the moment when Skyping, but I just really prefer speakers.)
