Windows Defender won't start

I'm facing a problem in my Windows 8.1... I'm not able to open the Windows Defender.... I'm getting a error.....

AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED IN THE PROGRAM DURING INITIALIZATION, IF THIS PROBLEM CONTINUES, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR,

Please download and Run a Scan with MalwareBytes

Attach the Scan Report back here.


Please download EEK Run a Full Scan and attach the Scan Report back here.

I have already Scanned with MalwareBytes but didn't found any malware etc...

I tried the EEK tool also but no changes

And if I'm installing any other Antivirus it's conflicting with the system or Don't know the window defender and the system gets too too slow

EEK is a standalone tool not a Real Time AV.

Do you have the logs?
