basher2342000 c:\windows\logs\cbs.log to veiw the results of the system file checker scan, once the log is opened find cannot repair (i want to say in the menu bar under edit or veiw click on find then type Cannot Repair ) and that'll show you the what the corrupt files are. The easier way is to do what comptons way or you can go into safe mode and rerun sfc/scannow. But like compton said keep us posted

If the scans don't help.      Backup your data.

https://www.howtogeek.com/74623/how-to-use-the-new-file-history-feature-in-windows-8/

Do a system restore.

https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4588-system-restore-windows-10-a.html

If system restore doesn't Help.

Reset your PC. Navigate to Settings. ...
Select "Update & security"
Click Recovery in the left pane. ...
Click Get started under Reset this PC.
Click either "Keep my files" or "Remove everything," depending on whether you want to keep your data files intact.

If resetting your PC  doesn't help.

Do a fresh install.
