Okay I'll try those when I get home from school. Hopefully they work. Thanks.

I have a big problem. I don't think I can get into the Advanced Options. When I try to use the F8 key (or others) it says "No Operating System Found." Is there a way to access those options within Assist?

I've reset my BIOS settings to see if that'd fix the boot problem. Now it says failed to start windows - start troubleshooting OR Start BIOS setup

Your VAIO failed to start Windows.
System recovery failed to start from the internal hard disk drive/solid-state drive.
Start troubleshooting
Start BIOS setup
