yes, My pc is Make = Gateway
Gateway Model = SX2110G-UW308
and i do not have Windows DVD or Windows Recovery CD or Rescue Partition on the drive?
but i have USB BOOTABLE Drive . which is i make from (WinToBootic) and it,s work. i try it before.
i made for gateway reinstall factory default recovery management . Thank You.

Did you attempt to restore it to factory by pressing holding the ALT Key and repeatedly hitting F10 while it was booting?

It's not uncommon for these recovery partitions to become corrupt over the years. You may have to order the recovery disks from gateway and wipe the drive with a bootable tool like partition magic before trying to install windows.

yes, i try to change pc BIOS and make 1st bootable by usb drive and when i try, a few minute later message say c: \ access is denied.
and not work. and i don't have recovery disks from gateway as we know. todays date none pc mfg give you rescue disk. this one when i bought it's pre install windows 8.
also i try to wipe or format the c drive. i have best software which is ( WhiteCanyon Wipe Drive).i try run the application.again
windows security message c: \ access is denied. you do not have admin right?

Try this bootable ISO
Free Download MiniTool® Partition Wizard Now!

Create a bootable USB or CD and boot to it. then delete partitions.

yes, i am going tonight to make bootable usb and try to delete the partitions. and then what should i do?

i already have bootable usb drive. which is made WINTOBOOTIC. this usb i made when my pc is running good.
this usb work perfectly. and i did not understand how to use minitool partition wizard and make dvd.i pc gb is 13 gb old iso.

2. install the programm
3. run the programm
4. open the main page and select the delete all partition complete the c:

Once all partitions are deleted, reboot with Windows DVD or USB and install Windows
