windows 10 error (shut down/startup)

I'm having some errors show up in event viewer. They happen on startup and shut down. error( ID-10016) will this tool possible fix it.

I doubt it but it will not hurt to try. BTW just because errors are showing up in event viewer does not mean your system is crashing or malfunctioning. If your system is running good don't worry about it.

Ok. It's running fine. But the errors are 5,6 in a row every time I shut down or start up. But I will not worry about it. Thank you.
