How do I manually install office 2016 Updates ?

Hi,

I installed office 2016 but it dows not automatically download any office updates.

There is no choice in windows update where it says download other updates. If I click it, it takes me to MS windows update page & there also there is no chice for office 2016 updates.

I also tried opening word & accounts & there also, there is no choice for updates.

I came across britec windows manual download on youtube & I thought this might be the place to get answer.
