Windows 10 Startup Sound?

I'm missing the old Windows 7 Startup sounds but looks like the startup sound in Windows 10 is only in restart not shut down, is there still a way to bring back the old Startup sounds just like in Windows 7 and change it what ever i want?

2. select central panel
3. select sound
4. select sounds
5. select play windows startup sound
6. select apply
7. select ok
