Windows update fails to connect

Thanis I have tired that and still no further forward.

Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-interface
And
Other Devices Base system Device both have exclamation marks

When I try to update it says the best driver is already installed

I don't know if these could be the problem ! Or know how to rectify
