Can anyone help me via remote, I have tried and tried for weeks and failed miserably

This needs an expert eye to find and repair fault

Windows 7 won't update I have tried every trouble shooter I can find.

Thanks to anyone who offered support

I found Today I could contact Microsoft support and they installed Windows 10 for me all by remote and all is back up and running.
Very efficient service !
