Settings App is Crashing or not responding bug

I'm getting trouble opening the settings app it crashes when i click one of the settings or sometimes it just hangs up.
I already try sfc /scannow in the command prompt noting happen. Any fix to this.?

Microsoft has released a work around for this. Download the following cab and run it.
