Used windows defragmentation and optimize drives uilty to optimize ssd, good thing?

Hi, I got a custom built pc from PC Specialist, it came with a ssd and I don't why but I optimized it and when I clicked that, it was trimming it and then I had more space on it, but I am worried that I have messed it up, was it a good thing to optimize it?

Defragmenting an ssd won't really help because the "typical" defragmentation is primarily designed for hard drives with a spinning platter inside, something that an SSD does not have

I read that Windows now trims solid state drives whenever they are optimized (whether scheduled or done manually ) and that is actually helpful for ssds

The fact that it was trimming your ssd was actually a good thing.. so don't worry
