my troubleshooting tip

now I do this not only for troubleshooting computer, but life in general get pen & paper whiteboard or just something to write down on now when troubleshooting anything you want to get the bigger picture now what most people do is formulate a picture in their mind, but what you should do is to write down what you formulate in your mind if you do that you will find the answer



things you should write down & consider

1. what could cause the problem
2. what can be implemented to fix the problem
3. think outside of the box theory on what may be causing problem
4. if it sounds crazy write it down  
5. ways on testing your theory or solution
