Hi ,
Can someone help please

Is Internet Download Manager legal?
I did a Google search but I didn't get clear answer.

I've seen in some websites where they mention not to use (IDM) for download and use their download link instead otherwise will be banned from downloading and sometimes the download link doesn't work.

If I use real player tab instead (Is this considered to be same concept with IDM (not to use it for download))

I was supprised when I saw on one of the websites that if you use download manager you'll be banned from download.
This what made me think (Maybe there is something wrong with it or it is illegal otherwise why would the user be banned from download?)
You may as well ask the purpose for the download it's a lesson video and I want to download it for my reference in future.

I think the question you are asking if its legal to download internet download manager

should be but I am not a lawyer.
