I didn't know exactly where on the forum to post this, but the other day I was saving pictures on my laptop from google images and I saved one and my laptop cursor froze (it did this one but worked fine after a restart). I couldn't move it or anything. I restarted my computer it didn't work so I tried my usb mouse and that worked. 3 days later it still hasn't worked, but when I turn on my computer it works on the login screen (to log into windows) but as soon as I get onto the desktop it stops working?
Does anyone have any idea how to fix it? Or what the issue is? I can't find anything helpful online. Thanks
My pc is an asus laptop (X551c) and running windows 8.1

Compton you can't show people how to download something and then ask for money to remote in to fix such a simple issue, this is not acceptable from admin staff and not the way I want this forum run.

ok let me explain after I told you to reinstall l TouchPad Driver X551CA then you said I've downloaded it. Please could you tell me how to use it :/ Thanks
I said to myself, maybe you need someone to remote in so what did is to offer to remote in at a small fee it may be a simple issue, but you have to remember that some people may still need help doing it
I was wrong should not have offered to in remote when you did ask for remote Assistance
I am sorry
I have been doing a great job as a Admin/mod I am sure most people here would agree
we all make mistake I have learn from my mistake today
I hope Britec chantelle_c459 Understand

This forum is and always will be FREE for support, payment if any should always come as a donation from the person and never asked for. You asked for a payment when I distinctly said I don't want to do that. So you can see where I am coming from. Also what makes it worse is that you started to help and then drop a fee for continued support, which is not the way to do things.
