winreducer 8.1 updates integration issue

I tried winreducer 8.1 just for the updates obviously, i pulled ALL the updates from winreducer successfully. When i reinstalled windows, only 6 updates were installed. So what gives?

how did you download the updates its best doing this way in my testing of slipstreaming updates
