Duel booting from Linux to Windows wrong time fix
#1
Photo
Hi I have duel booted from several Linux versions to Windows 7 and 10.

When I get back into windows the time is always wrong and I reset It.

This registry Modification fixed that problem for me In both windows 7 and 10.

Make a Registry Backup first.

If you want to try It open run and type in regedit and hit Ok.

Now go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation

In the right hand pane right click and choose new D word value and name it RealTimeIsUniversal

Now double click on It and give It a value of 1

Close regedit from now on when you boot from Linux into Windows 7 or 10 the time will be correct.
