Windows product key sticker issue, help please

Okay so i had a hard that went kaput so i got a new hard drive and i already had the os disk to reinstall windows on to the laptop well here's the problem the sticker that has the product key is faded out and i cant tell what the product key number is. Is there away this problem can be fixed? I have a picture of the sticker that i can send to one of the admins if it'll help

call Microsoft up explain what happen I think once you can proof that you are the own of the computer should give you the key

I would call Microsoft they will tell you whats needed I would think some proof showing that you did purchase the computer
