I am running a Q6600 on one of my bench machines. The Q6600 was the very first quad core processor that Intel put out. It is a very old architecture. It still runs my bench machine but the addition of an ssd is what kept her going in my shop. $800 is a bit much for that hardware listed.

ya it a bit  high on price I mean with that  Processor you would be limited  when it comes to doing  virtualization
if you are going to build a system for 800 should be able to do that and some gaming too


Double clutch I do hope you don,t think we are hit on your list just giving some objective point
that the point of a forum is to have a objective convection or Discussion Smile
