you would have to select AMD64 proprietary then select apply

i am using AMD graphics card, i would like to know why it says CPUs?

Linux lite don,t have any proprietary driver for your graphics card
you will have to use the open source driver

you are currently using open source driver its integrated into Linux Lite

what web browser are you using the problem maybe with the web browser
