question about logon screen

hey guys I have a question I have my login screen in win 7 setup to where I have to enter my username and password at home and I notice the account picture is empty is there a way to fill in the user account picture while still having the classic login setup Here is an example

One question I have to ask, since noticing that it is Windows 7 Ultimate. Is this a legal copy of Windows 7? ISO's from illegitimate sources can be filled with malware, or other sources of problems interfering with the normal operation of Windows.
