New User Here Needing Help
#1
Using Win7, Was working fine a month ago...
Any ideas as to what would cause a mouse (Logitech M325) to be erratic? Very frustrating to say the least. I've contacted Logitech, basically they couldn't help because the mouse is no longer under warranty. It has a new battery, all cleaned and using a new mouse pad.
This is what's it's doing:
- In the middle of typing, the cursor moves to wherever it feels like and keeps on typing.
- Closes documents by itself
- Difficult to get the cursor to click on/in a box

Any help would be appreciated!

Yes I will be glad to help you. But first could you please start a thread in software with this issue?

Ok please download Revo Uninstaller Pro. The reason for this is because Pro version has the features we need to resolve this issue, It will be a thirty-day trial. Just uninstall after you use it or keep it. At the interface of the software, please select force to uninstall, this will give you a new window, so you can provide the name of the software you wish to uninstall. It will also give you the option to list the location of the software on your PC. In this case, it should be C:\Program Files\ParetoLogic\FileCure You might not have to provide the location, maybe. Try without the path first. Report Back.

Hi Carriem,

I am glad the problem is resolved but wanted to point out that this is not the forum for starting a thread with respect to technical issues, as Double Clutch advised

There are various forums under Technical Support. I request you to post threads where they are meant to be posted, to keep the decorum in place
