Error Message: "A required privilige is not held by the client"

Hello Brian,

First of all I would like to thank you for all the informational videos that you have uploaded on YouTube.  I'm creating this thread to request a video that will help me solve this problem I'm experiencing for the past few days.  For instance when I try to open something such as Panda Cloud Cleaner or a picture from a CD then the following error pops up  "A required privilige is not held by the client".

But when I turn my computer on in Safe Mode then everything works fine.

Please assist.
