Try Bitdefender Free Edition, fast, slient powerful, good for gaming and has auto scan enabled! Also has a good real time scan!

It can and so can various other real-time antiviruses but that is not recommended

It's advisable to use just one real-time antivirus

Try this one that hasn't been mentioned, it's on this computer - SucureAPlus

SeacureAplus is a great antivirus, it has 12 different anti virus engines it scans your system even when you didnt tell it to it updates the virus definitions automatically
You can find this software at
https://www.secureaplus.com

If your subribed to britecs youtube channel he also did a couple reviews on the program secureaplus

SecureAPlus is a better choice

I have used SucureAPlus myself its some what good I would not recommend it to an intermediate user or beginner user its very user interactive

Windows Defender along with a browser tool like McAfee site advisor or Avira's browser safety will suffice
