A lot of this Rogueware around you were right to ask about it first.
A general tip; Stay clear of PC Optimization programs they will do more harm than good over time. I use this one https://goo.gl/6ce93 I don't know if you have tried it but it works. With that said I always make a restore point before using. Here is Britec's Video on it.
