What would be the best DMA settings In my BIOS

My options in the bios for dma settings:
Sata Defaults

Multisector Transfers 8 or 16
Transfer Mode: PIO 0
              Max PIO
              Enhanced DMA
              Ultra DMA 0
              Max DMA


Emulation type: Hard Disk or Off

Multisector Transfers: 8 or 16

Option 1: Translation Mode:
Option 2: Bit Shift
Option 3: LBA Assisted
Option 4: User: Cylinders
         Heads
         Sectors

I would keep them as they are, there is nothing wrong with the current settings.
