OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer.
Basically a Pre-installed Operating System which I'm guessing it is due to the Toshiba Recovery/Reset options.

You should have a hidden partition with the factory image installed, follow the procedure in the link above (via the zero key) to access restore settings.
