How to Reset Toshiba back to factory settings?
#8
Hi Tony,

Open up Disk Management to see if your Recovery Partition is there (example below)

if you have that partition, you should be able to reset your machine back to factory default, you can also create your own recovery media, follow this guide
How to create recovery media to be used to reset your computer back to factory settings?

If none of above works, your Recovery Partition is Missing, Damaged or Corrupt
