I beleive autoruns highlighted with yellow system files that need fixed

I was checking to see if my system is alright well i ran autoruns and it highlighted with yellow the following in the attatchment
  Autoruns gave yellow highlight.txt (Size: 807 bytes / Downloads: 8)

can i delete them or should i fix them?

Missing items are highlighted in yellow....These are just pointers to files that do not exist, they can be deleted without issues.
