try this when the computer is booting tap on F12 to select the flash drive

Right i hit F12 and I am on the Boot Manager page
Boot Option Menu
1. IDE 1: MATSHITADAD-RAM UJ8AOAS
2. IDE 0: TOSHIBA MK6465GSX
3. Network Boot: LEGACY PCI DEVICE
4. USB HDD: SanDisk
